Kiwanis will be attending and volunteering at the West St. Paul's YMCA's annual Trunk or Treat Halloween Party on October 19th! The party runs from 6PM - 7:30PM and will include Trunk or Treating, a carnival and a haunted tunnel. Remember to dress in costume!
