It was great to have the Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis (Todd Levig) along with the Mayor-Elect of West St. Paul (Dave Napier) and the current Mayor of South St. Paul (Jimmy Francis) join us today at our weekly meeting. Also pictured, Jim Probst (in white) our President of the club.
Jim is holding a commemorative plaque that was originally given to the Kiwanis Club back in 1958 as a thank you from the community for donating playground equipment. This plaque had recently surfaced in South St. Paul and the mayor saved it to give back to the Kiwanis group.
Today a large group of people gathered to hear what is in store for our communities in the near future, and to make connections with other local community members. We shared what Kiwanis has been up to this year, and invited everyone to come to the Pancake Breakfast event on Sunday, December 9th.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
